I hope that as I grow older I become more patient with my kids and my spouse and more accepting of myself and others. But on the negative side, I’ll admit I’ve become more pessimistic. So when I saw these gym shoes called Shape ups by Skechers, that claim to promote weight loss, tone muscles, and improve posture, I thought it sounded too good to be true. How can you loose 4 inches in 2 weeks like they claim? I don’t believe anyone that makes crazy claims like that.
So, I bought a pair. I’ll be darned if I feel working in my calves and hamstrings during and after I wear them. The info packet for the shoe says that they simulate walking on soft ground. This motion helps you retrain your muscles, helping you walk with a positive impact.
They are a bit pricey, but it can be included as part of your overall exercise regime.
