I'm pretty bummed out. I gained another .6 pounds today. Yesterday I did not cheat at all. Now I was out for a girls day all day and didn't get enough water nor did I eat lunch until 5. We all went to get our nails done and then to lunch. I opted for a side of green beans, asparagus, and broccoli with no butter to hold me over until I got home since I had already gained in the morning. I luckily felt extremely full from the veggies and I had an apple for the drive home. I wasn't even hungry from so many veggies. It would make sense to gain weight if I'd starved my body all day but I had an anytime bar, veggies, and fruit to hold me over until I had gotten home. JC said always, always get all your calories in so even though it was 5 o'clock by the time I'd gotten home I still made sure I ate my lunch. I don't know what else to do. I'm so frustrated and can't seem to find anything that is working. I don't want to give up on JC because I felt so hopeless the last time I was heavy and this worked for me. It was also a healthy lifestyle change that could be permanent. This is why I love JC - it teaches you how to be a healthy eater for the rest of your life. You achieve your goal and then eat smart and make good choices while on maintenance. I will try not to be too negative until I've been weighed in and talk to my consultant on Thursday. We'll see what she says...
